The objective of the optimization of an existing plant can be:
    - capacity increase,
    - performance improvement,
    - equipment replacement,
    - change in raw material,
    - modification in product specifications,
    - adaptation to the environmental standards...

The modeling and numerical simulation techniques, implemented by Caspeo, allow the determination, test and evaluation of the process modifications before their achievement.

The first step is the conception of a simulator of the existing plant after sampling campaign, data validation using material balance and modeling fitted to the data.

The second step evaluates, by numerical simulation, the feasibility of the different optimization options.

Caspeo is working in collaboration with the production team, conducting studies in the fields of sampling, material balance, process modeling and numerical simulation.

To do that, Caspeo uses ECHANT, BILCO and USIM PAC software.
