The subscription offer is proposed by CASPEO or its official partners worldwide for a 12-month period minimum. Contact CASPEO or its partners to have a proposal.

If you subscribe to an additional annual license during the contractual year of your first license, you have two options:
• Either you plan to renew the existing license and the additional one at the same time: in this case, you will be invoiced on a pro rata basis up to the renewal date of the first license.
• Or you simply wish to purchase an annual license for one year only, in which case you will be invoiced for a one-year subscription at the price of an additional license.

We propose face-to-face and self-paced online training courses on USIM PAC, BILCO and ECHANT. You can enroll online in this page. Courses are not included with the subscription.

 

Your subscription can be automatically renewed. At the end of the 12-month period, you may choose to extend or terminate the license subscription. So, you must notify CASPEO or its official partner if you do not wish to renew.

If you subscribe to an annual license, and then decide not to renew it,  the license is automatically deactivated at the end of the period, and the software cannot be used anymore. To maintain access to software and associated services, subscriptions must be renewed at the end of each period.

Nevertheless, it can be reactivated later. In this case the discount granted for continuity license is not applied.

No, CASPEO subscription options are available from one to several thousand workstations. The only limit is the number of simultaneous users depending on the number you purchase.

You can cancel your subscription whenever you want. you can continue to use the application(s) under your license until it expires at the end of the subscription term. Nevertheless, no refund will be provided as it is a pre-paid subscription with a one-year commitment.

CASPEO subscription-based licensing is a server license (also called floating license or concurrent license). It is not a SaaS license.

The software must be installed on the users’ PC and a soft activation installed on a server of your network. It is not delivered through the Internet.

After administrative subscription (PO/invoice):
• You will generate and send a license fingerprint file to CASPEO or its official partner.
• CASPEO will prepare an activation file and send it to you.
• You will apply the activation file on the license server to extend the period.

When you buy one subscription license, you are entitled to one user access at one time.

As it is a server license, the subscription license can be installed for several users through a network soft protection. However, the number of simultaneous users is limited by the number of subscription licenses purchased.

When you buy one subscription, you are entitled to one server license, installed on a single server.

In case of decommissioning of the server hosting the license management system, it is possible to move it to another server following a dedicated procedure.
